Michelle has approximately 25 years of experience in the Recruitment and HR industry. She has worked in a variety of recruitment roles across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. She began her recruitment career in a boutique agency, managing a busy desk of temporary staff across both blue‑collar and white‑collar roles.

After moving overseas, she worked in several Recruitment and HR positions for organisations such as the Serious Fraud Office, the National Health Service, and international recruitment agencies. Michelle returned to New Zealand in 2016 and continued her recruitment career while completing her Postgraduate Degree in HR Management and gaining her Life Coaching Certificate.

In 2025, she studied at Servilles Academy and earned an Outstanding Certificate in Makeup & Skincare, as well as her NZ Certificate in Small Business. With this combination of qualifications and extensive work experience, Michelle founded Chelle Consulting & Contour — driven by her desire to offer more than just CV writing.
